TORIMICH ("we," "us," or "our") establishes the following Privacy Policy regarding the handling of information relating to business partners with whom we have a certain relationship ("Business Partners"). Business Partners include Payment Collection Partners with whom we conclude an outsourcing agreement, Reservation Agency Partners who use our reservation agency service, and Ambassadors and GURURI Supporters who cooperate with us in being featured on "GURURI" and similar pages. The information we collect and the purposes of use are set out below by category.

Personal Information Protection Policy

We establish the following information protection policy, build a system for protecting information, and promote the protection of information we receive by ensuring thorough awareness of and commitment to its importance.

Management of Information

We keep information relating to Business Partners accurate and up to date, and take necessary security measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, damage, falsification, and leakage, thereby ensuring its strict management.

Information Collected and Purpose of Use

[Payment Collection Partners (Business Partners with whom we conclude an outsourcing agreement)]

In connection with the conclusion and performance of the outsourcing agreement, we receive the following information.

・Business name (trade name), representative's name, address, and phone number

・Bank account information for remittance

・Other information provided in the course of communications relating to the agreement and our dealings

Information we receive is used within the scope of the following purposes.

・Concluding, performing, and managing the outsourcing agreement

・Processing remittances in connection with payment collection services

・Communicating and providing guidance relating to the agreement and our dealings

・Preparing documents (such as receipts) in connection with payment collection services

・Responding to inquiries

Please note that compliance with the Japanese invoice system (including whether to register as a qualified invoice issuer) is the responsibility of the Business Partner, and we do not act on their behalf in this regard.

[Reservation Agency Partners (Business Partners who use our reservation agency service)]

In connection with providing the reservation agency service, we receive the following information.

・Business name (trade name) and contact information (such as an email address)

・Other information provided in the course of communications relating to the service

Information we receive is used within the scope of communicating about the provision and operation of the reservation agency service, and responding to inquiries.

In addition, we provide the Business Partner, via notification email, with personal information we have received from participants (such as their name, email address, and phone number), solely for the purpose of enabling the Business Partner to confirm the reservation with the participant. We ask that the Business Partner use such information only within that purpose, and not use it for any other purpose or disclose it to any third party.

[Ambassadors and GURURI Supporters (Business Partners who cooperate in being featured on "GURURI" and similar pages)]

In connection with such features, we receive the following information.

・Business name (trade name), introductory text, photographs, links, and other information submitted for the purpose of the feature

・(For Ambassadors) Information provided through interviews or the self-entry format

Information we receive is used within the scope of the following purposes.

・Featuring the Business Partner on the "GURURI" page or on an individual business introduction page

・Communicating and confirming details relating to the feature

・Announcements on social media, etc.

Information provided for the purpose of a feature is published on the premise that it reflects the Business Partner's own wishes, and the scope and content of the feature will be confirmed with the Business Partner in advance of publication.

Disclosure and Provision of Information to Third Parties

We properly manage the information we receive from Business Partners and will not disclose it to third parties except in the following cases.

・Where the Business Partner has given consent

・Where necessary for remittance procedures, disclosure to a financial institution (for Payment Collection Partners)

・Where necessary to confirm matters relating to the agreement or tax matters, disclosure to a lawyer, tax accountant, or other professional we retain

・Where information the Business Partner has provided for the purpose of a feature is published on the "GURURI" page or similar (for Ambassadors and GURURI Supporters)

・Where disclosure is required by law

Security Measures for Information

We take necessary measures to ensure the accuracy and security of the information we receive from Business Partners. Important information such as bank account details is handled only to the extent necessary for our business and is not used for any other purpose.

Inquiries

If a Business Partner wishes to inquire about, correct, or delete information relating to itself, we will respond after confirming the details.

Compliance with Laws and Review of this Policy

We comply with applicable Japanese laws and other norms regarding the information we hold, and will review and improve this policy as appropriate.
